Our Collaborative Approach to Treatment
We’re committed to partnering with you to provide your patients access to safe and evidence-based psychedelic-assisted therapy, integrated as a complementary component of your patient’s overall treatment strategy.
Our team provides thorough screening, medical oversight, and structured treatment protocols while keeping you informed of your patient’s progress. We prioritize clear communication, continuity of care, and a seamless transition back to your ongoing management.

We collaborate with you to offer psychedelic-assisted therapy to your patients.
Amast Health is a specialty practice founded and run by psychiatrists to offer structured and evidence-based psychedelic-assisted therapy to patients with treatment-resistant depression.
We focus on quality by adhering to the Montreal Model, an integrative approach that uses the biomedical effects of ketamine to enhance psychotherapy.
We focus on accessibility by being insurance-based and affordable to your patients.
-
Out treatment plans use Esketamine (Spravato) which is FDA-approved to treat two types of depression:
Treatment-resistant depression (generally, this means they have had inadequate responses to at least two different antidepressants)
Major depressive disorder with suicidal ideation (must be concurrently taking an antidepressant)
Patients must also be able to engage in in-person treatments in San Francisco. If you have questions about whether your patient qualifies, feel free to contact us.

We aim to make referring and coordinating care as easy as possible for you.
You can simply send your patients a link to our website and have them complete the contact form, and we will take it from there.
You can also use the provider contact form above or call or text us at 415-484-0444 to refer a patient to us directly.

We’ll aim to contact you and your referral within one business day to learn more about your patient and coordinate their care.
As a specialty practice, our goal is to be an extension of your practice while you remain the patient’s primary mental health provider. We will contact you to collect records and information to ensure high-quality care (making sure the treatment is safe and appropriate for your patient, and collaborating before making medication changes). The total treatment timeline is 10 weeks and you will receive a treatment summary at the end of the treatment pathway.
